If you are looking for golden holiday sunshine, a sparkling private swimming pool and a villa fully equipped with every comfort then Amy's Place in Cyprus is the perfect solution.

As you would expect for a luxury villa, the interior is light and airy with cool tile floor and air conditioning in every room so you take a comfortable break from the
mid-day sun.

There are high quality fixtures and furniture throughout including flat screen TV with a selection of satellite channels and DVD player. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and washing machine should you need them but, far more importantly, the terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, parasol, BBQ and outdoor dining facilities so you can take advantage of the golden holiday sun.

Amy's Place holiday villa is equipped with all the modern comforts to make your holiday as relaxing and as easy as possible. The only thing we respectfully ask for the benefit of all guests is that you refrain from smoking inside the villa.

Your holiday accommodation - Ground Floor

The ground floor of the villa is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery you could possibly need. The main living area has two comfortable leather sofas plus flat screen TV, a small selection of English speaking satellite TV channels plus a DVD player. Please feel free to bring your own DVDs to watch whilst you are there - just remember to take them home again!. The living area leads to the dining area furnished with a table and chairs for 6. There is also a fully tiled shower room and toilet.

Your holiday accommodation - First Floor

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, all with full height fitted wardrobes, so plenty of room for all your holiday clothes. The master bedroom is fitted with a fabulous king size bed and en-suite shower room. A particular feature is the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the pool and with a sea view. It's the perfect place for a coffee to soak up the golden morning sunshine or for an evening glass of wine as the sun goes downn.

The additional bedrooms each have two single beds which can be pushed together for couples if required or kept separate for children. There is a family bathroom to cater for everyone. The second bedroom also has a balcony to the front of the villa with a view of the sea, a great place to soak up the evening sunset.

All linen and towels are provided and are included in the price and you will find a hairdryer in the wardrobe of the master bedroom.

We ask only that you bring your own beach towels for use by the pool and on the beach.

Your holiday accommodation - Outdoor Living

Entrance to Amy's Place is through a gate to the front of the villa into the walled and fenced garden. The majority of the garden is planted with a lush and vibrant evergreen mixed border around the walls leaving plenty of paved patio and terrace area for relaxed alfresco dining and lounging by the pool. Large sliding doors from the living area open onto a terrace to the front and side of the villa where you will find a table, 6 chairs for breakfast in the morning sun and a BBQ for chilled out evening meals. Perfect for taking advantage of those balmy summer evenings or for keeping an eye on the children as they enjoy the main feature of the garden.

The private swimming pool is fabulous and measures 4.4m wide by 6.3m long. At the shallow end it is 1m deep and increases to a maximum depth of 1.5m. We defy anyone not to at least dangle their feet in whilst sipping a glass of something chilled!

Pool Safety Fence for your peace of mind

A key feature of the pool is the saftey fence we have had installed. This is to ensure maximum peace of mind when travelling with toddlers or non-swimmers as they can not physically enter the pool without the assistance of an adult. This means there is no risk of a child falling into the pool whilst backs are turned. If you do not have children in your group, the fence can very easily be removed and stored away out of sight for full enjoyement of the pool.
